Other cables let corrosion in — we designed ours to seal it out. Most cables fail due to corrosion — causing crackling, signal loss, and eventually total failure. Our lifetime seal protects your cable from the inside out, preventing corrosion for life. Voltage-branded heat shrink is then applied over the top for added structural integrity.

Hermetic sealing means no air, no moisture, and no oxidation—creating a permanent barrier that protects the entire cable assembly, including the internal copper, from corrosion and long-term failure.
Unlike conventional methods, hermetic sealing is the only way to achieve a true airtight seal, preventing corrosion at the source and delivering a lifetime-grade barrier we proudly stand behind.
Corrosion & Oxidisation ResistantISO-COAT® locks out corrosion and oxidation — two leading causes of cable failure and sonic degradation.
These chemical reactions don’t just damage the solder joints — over time, they creep into the oxygen-free copper inside your cable.
An airtight hermetic seal is the only way to fully prevent this reaction from starting in the first place.
Enhanced Structural IntegrityAn impermeable membrane (a tough barrier) that reinforces the internal structure for long-term durability. Voltage-branded heat shrink is then applied over the membrane for added strength.
Cured for 24–48 hoursEvery cable cures for 24–48 hours in our controlled environment to ensure maximum strength and reliability before final assembly.
